DO YOU HAVE RUNNER'S TOENAIL?

Thomas and Erin both got runner's toenail this year. You must be thinking, "when did I actually see Erin running this year?" Ha ha ha! Yes, there was a brief period in time that she didn't have problems with her legs and wasn't wheezing from her bronchitis, and she actually did run. At that time two of her toenails turned purple and then black. Thomas couldn't be outdone so he decided that he needed a black toenail too. He told me that one of the other members on the team said their toenail turned black also. Copy cat! It explains that when you get a black toenail it means that you've upped the level of your training! So if you get a black toenail show it off! Run with pride! Maybe that's what a certain runner was doing when he decided to lose his shoe during one of the races! Do YOU have runner's toenail? No, it doesn't count if you paint it with black fingernail polish! By the way, Erin should be back to running this week, finally!

Hello, today I posted pictures from the Lackawanna Invitational, the Elk Lake meet and the Paul Short Invitational. Since I posted so many pictures, they didn't all fit on this front page. I do not have any pictures from Mid Valley (Thomas and Erin were not feeling well and did not go). If anyone has pictures from this meet I'd be more than happy to post them if you send them to me. My email is in the header of the website.
